Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are issued only when: • Wrong item was delivered • Item is out of stock after order placement

2. Refund Method

• Refunds are processed via bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or original payment method. • Refunds may take 3–7 business days after approval.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of mind • Late returns (after 7 days) • Used or damaged items caused by customer
