Warranty Claim Policy
At MOD360, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a limited warranty claim policy to ensure customer satisfaction.
Warranty claims are only applicable for products that arrive damaged, defective, or malfunctioning due to manufacturing faults. Customers must report such issues within 24 to 48 hours of receiving their order, along with clear unboxing photos or videos as proof.
Claims will not be accepted for damages caused by misuse, accidents, wear and tear, or improper handling.
Once a claim is submitted, our team will inspect the provided evidence and determine eligibility for repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion. Customers are responsible for securely returning the product if required for further inspection.
